Of all the times I’ve visited NYC, I’ve never made it to the High Line. I was pumped when Ashley chose it as a location because I’d only experienced it through pictures. It provided a really versatile backdrop of greenery, skyline, and crowds of people as we walked and snapped. If like me you’ve never seen this spot, add it to your list next time you’re visiting NYC.
I put the girls in soft, boho inspired looks for this session. I didn’t plan for them to coordinate, but because they did, we were able to add in some shots of them together. I love these looks because they are subtle and wearable, things that the destination session team rarely shoots.
Kylie’s exact dress appears to be sold out, but the brand can be found HERE. This brand we shop at Dillard’s is really curated to include flowy, boho styles all the time. She wore an ivory bralette to add more coverage and finished the look with a pair of booties from her own closet.
We purchased these separates at Dillard’s as well. They are no longer available, but this look could easily be created with a layered skirt that allows movement and a white, crochet tank. (Layer the tank for more coverage)
Here are some warmer color options from this brand I’m loving!
